Job Description

Join a growing manufacturing team as an Assembler, where you'll play a key role in building high-quality products. You'll work with a variety of tools, components, and assembly processes in a team-oriented environment focused on quality and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Assemble products and components using hand and power tools.
• Follow work instructions, drawings, and basic wiring diagrams to complete assemblies accurately.
• Perform electrical wiring and connect components as required.
• Inspect finished assemblies to ensure quality and accuracy.
• Identify and report any material, assembly, or quality issues.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals.

Essential Skills

• Previous assembly, manufacturing, or electrical assembly experience preferred.
• Ability to read and follow work instructions, blueprints, or basic wiring diagrams.
• Experience with hand and power tools and basic wiring/assembly tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a production environment.

• Monday-Friday, 1st shift schedule (7:00 AM-3:30 PM) with no overnight work.

This is a Contract position based out of Rochester, NY.

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $34.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.

This is a fully onsite position in Rochester,NY.
