What You'll Be Doing

As a Skilled Laborer, you'll play a critical role in supporting daily construction operations and keeping the project running safely and efficiently.
Responsibilities Include

\uD83D\uDD39 Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe job site
\uD83D\uDD39 Loading, unloading, and transporting construction materials and equipment
\uD83D\uDD39 Assisting with site preparation and daily construction activities
\uD83D\uDD39 Supporting carpenters, electricians, plumbers, and other skilled trades
\uD83D\uDD39 Operating hand tools and power tools safely and effectively
\uD83D\uDD39 Setting up and removing temporary barriers, signage, and worksite materials
\uD83D\uDD39 Assisting with grading support, layout tasks, and material staging
\uD83D\uDD39 Performing general labor duties including lifting, carrying, digging, sweeping, and debris removal
\uD83D\uDD39 Monitoring material inventory and helping maintain workflow throughout the project
\uD83D\uDD39 Following all company and OSHA safety procedures
What We're Looking For

We're seeking individuals who enjoy working outdoors, staying active, and being part of a team that builds something meaningful.
Preferred Qualifications

At least 1 year of experience in construction, general labor, roofing, landscaping, site work, civil construction, or building maintenance
Experience using hand tools and power tools
Ability to perform physically demanding work throughout the day
Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
Strong work ethic, reliability, and positive attitude
Ability to follow instructions and work effectively with a team
Understanding of basic construction site safety practices
OSHA 10 Certification or willingness to obtain one (provided at no cost)
Bonus Experience

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $49920.00 - $49920.00/yr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
