Required Skills & Experience

Required Qualifications: \n•\t2 Year Technical Associates Degree in Science, Math, Engineering, Semi-Conductor operations or a related discipline. \nOR\n•\tEquivalent military training / experience with a minimum of 2 years relevant facilities experience. \nOR\n•\tCertification from an accredited trade school with a minimum of 3 years relevant facilities experience \nOR\n•\tHigh school diploma with a minimum of 4 years relevant facilities experience \n\nPhysical Capacity Demands:\n•\tAble to perform shift work on a 8-10 hours per day shift schedule (Monday - Friday + 8:00 - 5:00) \n•\tAble to work in a cleanroom environment wearing required clean room clothing per semiconductor protocol/requirements \n•\tAbility to lift, pull, and/or carry a minimum of 50 pounds on a periodic basis throughout the shift \n•\tAble to wear appropriate PPEs to handle chemicals (including SCBA, respirators and chemical suits

Job Description

Support Facilities EHS compliance and safety programs across Fab8\nCoordinate utility turn-on/off activities with manufacturing teams\nHelp develop and update operations & maintenance procedures\nTroubleshoot UPW, WWT systems, and chemical handling (VMBs)\nPerform maintenance on pumps, filtration systems, RO units, and chemical treatment equipment\nCalibrate and maintain analytical instruments (pH, ORP, conductivity, etc.)\nMaintain 6S standards in workspaces and systems\nAssist with contamination investigations and quality issue resolution\nSupport qualification of new chemical systems, slurry lines, and process tools\nCollaborate with engineering and technicians on system upgrades and projects\nContribute to training, safety procedures, and best practices\nParticipate in emergency response activities (as needed)
