Community Engagement & Volunteer Coordinator

Job Description

Are you passionate about building relationships, organizing impactful projects, and supporting a powerful mission? The Singletons, a nonprofit dedicated to serving single-parent families facing cancer, is seeking a compassionate, detail-oriented professional to join our team in a versatile role that combines community engagement and administrative support. This role reports to the Director of Development.

What You’ll Do

Community Engagement & Outreach

Represent The Singletons at networking events and in the community
Manage relationships with partners and supporters.
Coordinate our Bare Necessities Drives and send monthly updates to partners.
Oversee a strong volunteer program and communications.
Support fundraising events and third-party engagements.

Development

Assist in tracking donations, managing database entries, and generating donor acknowledgments.
Help with grant research.

For more than 20 years, we have helped parents focus on healing by providing practical resources such as nutritious meal kits, household essentials, and family-centered support programs.
