Responsibilities:

What You'll Do

As a  Real Estate Listing Agent , you'll help homeowners successfully sell their properties while building a thriving real estate business.

Responsibilities include:

• Conduct listing consultations with prospective sellers
• Deliver professional listing presentations
• Develop pricing and marketing strategies
• Negotiate offers and contracts
• Guide sellers through the entire listing and closing process
• Maintain client communication using our CRM
• Collaborate with our Inside Sales, Marketing, and Transaction Coordination teams
• Deliver an exceptional client experience from consultation to closing
