Responsibilities:

What You’ll Do

As a  Real Estate Sales Agent in Tampa , you will:

• Meet with  pre-qualified buyer and seller leads provided by our team
• Guide clients through the  home-buying and selling process
• Conduct buyer consultations, property showings, and listing presentations
• Use our CRM, scripts, and follow-up systems to convert more opportunities
• Provide a 5-star client experience from the first conversation to closing
• Collaborate with a high-performing real estate team focused on growth

Qualifications:

• Active real estate license in Florida, ensuring you're ready to hit the ground running.
• Experience in residential real estate sales, demonstrating your ability to close deals and serve clients effectively.
• Ability to guide clients through the buying and selling process, providing a seamless and stress-free experience.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, showcasing your drive and determination.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and follow-up strategies, helping you convert more opportunities into successful transactions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build lasting relationships with clients and team members.
