Position Overview

As an In-House Vacation Ownership Sales Representative, you'll meet with existing Capital Vacations owners to understand their vacation goals and present ownership solutions that enhance their ownership experience.

Using a consultative sales approach, you'll build long-term relationships, overcome objections, confidently close sales, and deliver an exceptional owner experience while maximizing your personal earning potential.

Qualifications

Required

• Active Florida Real Estate License

• Previous In-House Vacation Ownership Sales experience

• Proven success in a commission-based sales environment

• Strong closing, communication, and presentation skills

• Relationship-focused sales approach

• Competitive, self-motivated, and goal-oriented

• Professional appearance and commitment to exceptional customer service

• Ability to work weekends and holidays

Preferred

• Previous vacation ownership or timeshare sales experience

• Experience selling to existing owners

• Consistent history of meeting or exceeding sales goals
