Compensation:

$75,000 - $150,000+ commission based

Responsibilities:

What You’ll Do

• Meet with pre-set buyer and seller appointments
• Conduct consultations and guide clients through the buying/selling process
• Convert appointments into signed agreements and closed transactions
• Maintain pipeline and follow-up using provided systems
• Host and convert open house opportunities
• Communicate clearly and consistently with clients
• Participate in coaching and skill development sessions

Qualifications:

• Active Florida Real Estate License (required)
• Full-time availability and commitment to production
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Coachable, motivated, and results-driven mindset
• Comfortable working in a structured, fast-paced environment
• Professional attitude and desire to grow income
• Sales experience is helpful but not required
