We are seeking a highly analytical Treasury Business Systems Analyst to support critical liquidity management, forecasting, regulatory reporting, and modernization initiatives. This role will partner with Treasury, Finance, Risk, Product, and Technology teams to translate complex business processes, data flows, and system functionality into clear requirements that drive technology delivery and strategic decisions.The ideal candidate is naturally curious, detail-oriented, and comfortable navigating ambiguity. They possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, enjoy working with large and complex data sets, and can break down sophisticated business concepts into well-defined business requirements, user stories, process flows, functional specifications, and technical requirements. Serving as a critical bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams, this individual will investigate and analyze business challenges, support solution design, and ensure delivered solutions align with business objectives while meeting quality, scalability, and operational efficiency goals. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong collaboration, analytical rigor, and liquidity domain expertise, with the ability to manage complex dependencies across multiple platforms and drive alignment, automation, and process improvement.
