Job Description Job Description 1.) Experience troubleshooting wifi connectivity and access points (Client uses Aruba wireless devices) 2.) Experience troubleshooting & configuring (loading templates) routing, switching, and firewalls (Cisco or Juniper is OK) 3.) Basic understanding of Network OSI Model (Layers 1 - 3). 4.) Must have excellent communication skills (ability to take directions and relay back to technicians or in an email of some sort Job Description Our client is seekingNetwork Technicianassisting with ongoing projects troubleshooting network devices such as routers, switches, modems, firewalls, etc. (similar to NOC tech work). This person will be responsible for doing Network check outs, troubleshooting network devices such as routers, switches, modems, firewalls, and working with carriers such as AT&T vendors via phone. This person will be working closely with internalemployees, 3rd party vendors, and the PM & lead Engineer on this initiative. #J-18808-Ljbffr
