By hiring the best people and helping them grow both professionally and personally, we ensure a bright future for NTT DATA Services and for the people who work here.NTT DATA Services currently seeks a Informatica/ETL Lead Developer to join our team in King of Prussia, Pennsylvania (US-PA), United States (US).A background in the Financial Services (preferably in the Wealth Management) who understands Data Modeling, Data migration, Data Structures, Data Objects, Reporting etc.Responsibilities:Lead of team of offshore Developers and QA Engineers.Understand high level requirements, create design, create a development strategy, estimate, create WBS, write the ETL and Informatica code, debug the issues and support release activities.Lead teams of 2-5+ technical resourcesMentor and coach junior team membersConduct hands-on development, configuration, or system setupPresent technology architecture and solution overviews to technical and business audiencesCreate presentation materials with emphasis on simplifying complex ideas into digestible topicsApply technical aptitude and design patters across multiple industry verticals and use casesEffectively communicate application and technical direction to the business and within the customer's IT organization.The person should understand various software development methodologies including Agile, Waterfall and Iterative.Requires 5+ years of experience with:Informatica products and toolingData engineering using leading ETL tools, SQL routines, and custom solutionsDesigning and implementing Enterprise Data Warehouses (EDW) and related technologies (Informatic, Business Objects)Data engineering using leading ETL tools, SQL routines, PL/SQL procedures, and custom solutionsDesired Skills:Work experience in an Agile environmentVery strong problem-solving skillsDiagnostic skills with the ability to analyze technical, business and financial issues and optionsMinimum Education and Certifications:Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.This position is only available to those interested in direct staff employment opportunities with NTT DATA, Inc. or its subsidiaries.
