Details Large, high-acuity emergency department with 118 beds Diverse patient population including behavioral health, boarding patients, and critically ill/ICU-level cases Mixed acuity cases: behavioral health, boarding, emergency/trauma, and critical care Typical nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:6 Night shift schedule with 3x12 or 4x12 options, 12-hour shifts 36 hours per week No on-call requirements Requirements Active MA RN license required Current BLS and ACLS certifications required Minimum 2 years of ED or ICU experience required, post-orientation Strong critical care skills required Ability to adapt and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment Additional Information Manage complex and unstable patients across a wide range of acuity levels Work as part of the Flex Team within the emergency department Must be comfortable handling behavioral health and boarding patients alongside critical/ICU-level cases American Traveler Job ID P-743290.
