The role involves delivering high-quality patient care in a large, high-acuity emergency care unit with 118 beds. The patient population is diverse, including behavioral health and boarding patients as well as critically ill/ICU-level patients. Nurses in this role must be equipped to manage complex and unstable patients effectively. Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive care to patients in the Emergency Department. Manage high-acuity cases with strong critical care skills. Adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Demonstrate proficiency in handling behavioral health and trauma cases. Shift Information 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM Holiday coverage required Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of experience in Emergency Department (ED) or Intensive Care Unit (ICU) nursing, post-orientation. Required certifications: BLS, ACLS. Demonstrated ability to effectively manage diverse patient populations and complex cases.
