Email Marketing Assistant
Virtual Vocations Inc
Supporting the organization's email marketing initiatives, the part-time Email Marketing Assistant will design and schedule campaigns, manage subscriber databases, and analyze campaign performance while working remotely with flexible hours. Key responsibilities Design and schedule promotional and fundraising email campaigns aligned with organizational goals Assist in managing the subscriber database, including targeting, segmentation, and lead generation Analyze email campaign performance and subscriber growth, providing reports and implementing retention strategies Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field, or three years of relevant experience Proficiency in email automation platforms such as Pardot, Mailchimp, or Constant Contact Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and familiarity with CRM platforms like Salesforce Experience with lead generation and SMS tools Strong analytical skills and ability to troubleshoot email deliverability issues
