Mammography Technologist – PER DIEM Rome Health – Rome, NY About the Role Rome Health is actively recruiting a per‑diem Mammography Technologist to support our Medical Imaging Department. In this role you will conduct diagnostic mammography examinations in a busy hospital setting, ensuring high image quality and patient safety. Responsibilities Screen patients and prepare them for diagnostic mammography procedures. Operate and troubleshoot mammography equipment, ensuring image quality and safety protocols. Maintain accurate patient records and imaging documentation. Collaborate with radiologists and other technologists to deliver exceptional patient care. Adhere to hospital and regulatory quality control standards. Qualifications Graduate of an accredited radiologic technology program. Preferred experience in quality control and biopsy, but willing to train. Experience working in a hospital imaging environment is preferred. Strong commitment to image quality and patient safety.
