Position Overview
JSL Building Restoration is seeking a driven, results-oriented Sales & Marketing Manager to lead business development efforts, generate new opportunities, and strengthen our market presence. This position is ideal for a professional who thrives at building relationships and converting leads into long-term clients. This role is non-remote. The salary range is 70k – 160k based on experience.
The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying growth opportunities, managing client relationships, and overseeing marketing strategy.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales goals to achieve company revenue goals.
Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities.
Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Manage the sales pipeline from lead generation through contract execution.
Qualifications
2+ years of sales, marketing, and business or account management experience.
Good communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
Knowledge in the construction and/or Masonry Industry (not required but a plus)
