Job Title Material Logistics Management Audit Specialist (Onsite, Auburn Hills, MI) Overview / Summary We are seeking a detail‑oriented Material Logistics Management Audit Specialist to support monthly plant audit reviews, compliance validation, and reporting activities working onsite in Auburn Hills, MI. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, advanced Excel capabilities, and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Review and evaluate monthly plant submissions for compliance and accuracy Validate required attachments and confirm applicability based on reporting requirements Ensure submitted documentation meets defined audit criteria for the applicable reporting period Assign compliant or non‑compliant status for each requirement Communicate rework or resubmission requirements to plant teams as needed Follow up to ensure revised submissions are received and corrected appropriately Summarize audit findings and provide reporting updates to leadership Identify recurring rework trends and recommend corrective actions Perform detailed data validation audits upon request Conduct deeper analysis of submitted data to verify proper usage and reporting accuracy Support on‑site verification activities when required Prepare and present deep‑dive audit summaries for leadership review Required Qualifications 3+ years of experience or equivalent relevant experience Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, and trend analysis Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to analyze data and present findings professionally Benefits Group Health (Medical, Dental, and Vision) Paid Time Off Paid Holidays 401(k) matching Group Life and Disability insurance Professional Development opportunities Wellness programs Other perks Our success as a company is built on inclusion and diversity.
