Project Manager Intermediate

Job Title: Project Manager Intermediate Address: Auburn Hills, MI Job Description Track monthly lease expirations and coordinate replacement activities with owners across US/CA facilities. Maintain accurate records of lease terms, financials, equipment inventories, and vendor documentation. Analyze lease and rental costs to identify opportunities for cost reduction. Create financial summaries and recommendations for leadership regarding renewal projects. Manage equipment long-term blanket contracts and conduct risk assessments. Ensure all logistics equipment meets quality and safety standards. Maintain knowledge of industry standards for material handling equipment. Critical Information On-site position with standard work hours. Education/Licenses Needed Bachelor's degree in engineering, business management, or supply chain management. Minimum 2-3 years experience in Internal Logistics and equipment management. Benefits Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment.
