TVT Enterprises is a growing sales and marketing firm based in Mission, KS. We specialize in customer acquisition and brand representation for nationally recognized clients. Our team is built on professional development, performance, and a strong team culture.
As we continue to expand, we’re hiring motivated individuals for our Customer Sales Representative position. This is a full-time, in-person role with hands-on training and advancement opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Represent client brands professionally in a face-to-face setting
- Engage with customers to provide product and service information
- Assist customers with account setup and order processing
- Deliver excellent customer service and support
- Maintain up-to-date product knowledge
- Participate in daily team meetings and ongoing training
- Work toward individual and team performance goals
Qualifications:
*No prior sales experience required — full training is provided.
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Comfort interacting with customers face-to-face
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Goal-oriented mindset
Sales, customer service, retail, or hospitality experience is a plus, but not required.
Schedule & Compensation:
- Full-time position
- Must be available to work 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM, five days per week
- Weekly pay structure - base pay and uncapped commissions
- Competitive earning potential based on performance
Compensation details will be discussed during the interview process and comply with all applicable local and federal regulations.
