Senior Analyst - ATS

Retirement: Competitive retirement package to secure your future. Responsibilities Provide overarching strategic oversight to Access Technologies and Systems (ATS) operations and related projects. Support software programs or modules across multiple clinical and/or business functions. Understand the enterprise business environment and the impact of ATS on patient access. Analyze and support installed systems; lead system implementation and integration projects including design, build, test, and implementation for modules such as Cadence, MyChart, Radiant, Cupid. Liaise between clinical, business, and technical stakeholders during planning and provide oversight throughout the project cycle. Build credibility and rapport with customers to understand their needs. Research requests to determine scope, size, and impact. Validate requirement information with stakeholders for completeness, correctness, and clarity. Validate solutions to ensure they satisfy the stated requirements. Maintain knowledge of existing systems and maintain certification in the vended application. Design, develop, or modify applications, algorithms, or rules via vendor tools or internal tools and validate data integrity of changes introduced. Work on strategic projects with a Project Manager and manage small- to mid-sized operational projects independently. Work independently across multiple departments and divisions to accomplish goals. May be required to provide 24/7 on‑call support. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, information science, healthcare or related field and 6 years' experience required. Experience with application implementation and optimization, data analysis, process improvement techniques (Lean, Six Sigma), or clinic operations throughout a large healthcare institution is required. Experience with word‑processing, data analysis, spreadsheet, and presentation tools is required. Master's degree and 4 years' experience in enterprise‑level project work. Experience in multiple clinical areas within a large healthcare institution is preferred. Cadence/Epic certification is required. Individuals without relevant Epic certifications must successfully complete the certification process within six months of hire. Exemption Status: Exempt. Compensation $96,100 - 144,300 / year. Schedule Full Time. Hours per Pay Period: 80. M‑F business hours with occasional weekend and holiday on‑call coverage required.
