  • Patient ratio 1:4
  • 29 beds in the Emergency Department, 27 monitors in the HR department
  • Employees should check into the front lobby and ask for Human Resources with security upon arrival
  • Employee parking lot is available for staff
  • Clocking in and out is the employees responsibility
  • The role involves assessing, planning, and implementing direct patient care. Supervisory responsibilities include overseeing staff to whom care is delegated, supporting high-quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care, and ensuring clinical staff competency and resource management
