Annual Salary Range: $175,000 - $225,000

What You'll Do:

• Lead and inspire a high-performing service team.
• Drive customer satisfaction while achieving departmental profitability goals.
• Hold advisors, technicians, and support staff accountable to performance standards.
• Monitor technician productivity, labor sales, gross profit, and repair order performance.
• Recruit, coach, mentor, and develop future leaders.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally while protecting the dealership's reputation.
• Ensure compliance with Toyota standards, warranty requirements, and dealership policies.
• Collaborate with Parts, Sales, and Executive Leadership.

• Minimum qualifications: minimum 3 years of automotive service management experience. Proven success leading dealership service operations. Strong understanding of fixed operations and service profitability. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record. Toyota experience preferred but not required.
