Responsibilities for Field Technical Specialist include but are not limited to:

• Perform onsite hardware repair & troubleshooting for PCs and printers

• Handle installation, configuration, and break/fix issues

• Travel to multiple customer locations across Pennsylvania

• Provide customer support and maintain strong client relationships

• Manage multiple service requests and prioritize tasks effectively

Candidates for Field Technical Specialist must meet the following requirements to be considered:

• Experience in hardware repair (PCs, laptops, printers)

• Field / onsite customer-facing experience

• Strong troubleshooting and mechanical skills

• Ability to work independently and handle travel

• Comfortable with physical tasks (lifting, bending) & flexible schedule

• Pay: $26.42 - $ 34.58/hr.


• Shift: Onsite / Monday - Friday / 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM / Availability to work both scheduled and unscheduled overtime / Participate in assigned work during non-traditional workdays, holidays and shift work

Pay Details: $26.42 to $34.58 per hour
