Help Desk Technician

Position Overview We are seeking a highly motivated Help Desk Technician to join our team on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our employees and customers. The Help Desk Technician will play a crucial role in maintaining the smooth operation of our IT systems and providing excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities Respond to incoming calls, emails, and tickets from employees and customers regarding technical issues Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network problems Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, printers, and other technology equipment Set up new user accounts and manage access permissions Provide training and support to employees on company software and systems Collaborate with other IT team members to resolve complex technical issues Document all support activities and maintain accurate records Keep up-to-date with the latest technology trends and provide recommendations for improvement Ensure the security and confidentiality of company data and systems Act as a liaison between the company and external IT service providers Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field is preferred Proven work experience as a Help Desk Technician or similar role Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems Familiarity with network infrastructure and troubleshooting Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to work independently and in a team environment Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Relevant certifications (e.g. CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified IT Professional) is a plus Benefits Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off and holidaysOpportunities for growth and career advancement #J-18808-Ljbffr Nexarideexpress
