IT Help Desk Technician

Overview We are seeking a dedicated individual to provide exceptional technical support and assistance to our clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting hardware and software issues, ensuring seamless IT operations. Key Responsibilities Provide first-line support to users via phone, email, and in-person. Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to computer systems, software applications, and hardware. Maintain documentation of support requests and solutions provided. Assist with the setup and configuration of new hardware and software. Collaborate with other IT team members to improve system performance and user experience. Requirements Proven experience in a technical support role or similar position. Strong understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Nice to haveRelevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, ITIL).
