Role Overview The Experience Manager will lead the Client Services, Referral Operations, and Medical Records teams, partnering with specialists, nurses, and operational leaders to create an extraordinary experience for every patient, family, and referring veterinarian. Responsibilities Coach and develop a talented team. Strengthen relationships with families, colleagues, and referring veterinarians. Improve systems and workflows across the hospital and region. Shape the overall experience of CUVS internally and externally. The Team You’ll Join Reporting directly to the Vice President of Operations, you will collaborate with leaders in hospital operations, nursing, finance, learning and development, communications, and medical leadership to drive impactful change. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. 3–5 years of progressive leadership experience. 5+ years of veterinary experience strongly preferred, or experience in a comparable healthcare or complex service environment.
