Summary The Hybrid Wholesaler supports the growth of the One Insurance Solution platform by combining inside sales responsibilities with external advisor engagement. This role partners closely with senior Consultants and field leaders to drive insurance adoption, deepen advisor relationships, and deliver comprehensive sales support both virtually and in‑person. Responsibilities Partner with senior Consultants to develop and execute territory‑level sales strategies. Proactively engage financial advisors via phone, email, and in‑person meetings to promote insurance solutions. Travel within assigned territory (25–50%) to strengthen advisor relationships and support business development efforts. Deliver product positioning, case design guidance, and sales ideas tailored to advisor client needs. Prepare and present illustrations, proposals, and point‑of‑sale materials. Support and follow up on marketing campaigns, seminars, and advisor events. Respond to advisor inquiries and provide advanced product and case support. Maintain consistent activity tracking and pipeline management within CRM tools. Collaborate with internal partners to streamline processes and improve advisor experience. Contribute to strategic initiatives, training efforts, and continuous improvement of the sales platform. Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities In‑depth knowledge of insurance products, advanced case design and distribution channels. Familiarity with sales processes, CRM systems, and pipeline management. Understanding of financial advisor practices, client segmentation, and planning needs. Ability to build and maintain strong advisor relationships (both virtual and in‑person). Consultative selling skills and proficiency in influencing decision‑making. Effective territory management and opportunity prioritization. Polished presentation and product positioning skills. Self‑driven result orientation while collaborating with a broader sales team. Adaptability of messaging and strategies based on advisor sophistication and needs. Strong growth‑oriented sales mindset. Educational & Experience Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. 3–6+ years of experience in financial services, insurance sales, or wholesaling. Prior experience in internal wholesaling or advisor‑facing roles strongly preferred. Equivalent combinations of education and experience considered with approval from Human Resources. Licenses & Certifications State Insurance Licenses required. Series7 license required at time of hire or within a designated timeframe. Compensation & Benefits Base salary or wages, with potential additional compensation such as bonuses or commissions. Benefits package may include medical, dental, vision, life, critical illness, accident, disability, retirement savings, paid time off (vacation, holidays, and sick leave), and parental leave. Eligibility for benefits and specific offerings may vary based on position and employment status. Workstyle Hybrid – travel up to 50% of the time.
