Job Summary:
Provide specialized speech therapy services to patients to improve communication, speech, language, and swallowing disorders. Deliver individualized treatment plans in accordance with clinical guidelines and patient needs.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patients' speech, language, and swallowing abilities to determine therapy needs.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to meet patient goals.
• Administer therapeutic interventions using evidence-based techniques.
• Monitor and document patient progress regularly.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to coordinate care.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid state or federal license or certification as a Speech Language Pathologist.
• Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Have prior experience diagnosing and treating speech and language disorders.
• Possess strong assessment and diagnostic skills.
• Maintain current CPR and healthcare provider credentials.
