Our small law office needs a reliable, well-organized bookkeeper to aid with payroll, financial and accounting tasks. This is a full time job that offers competitive salary commensurate upon experience.
The position involves:
- Accounts payable
- Accounts receivable
- Payroll
- 401k Administrator
- Reconciliation of accounts
Skills needed for this position:
- Quickbooks experience is a must
- Proficient with computers and common software, such as Word, Excel, Google Docs and Adobe
- A strong sense of urgency to complete tasks
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment and manage priorities with little oversight
- Attention to detail and ability to proofread all work
- Ability to present a positive, professional image with colleagues, professional staff, and vendors
