LOCATION: Century City, CA
PAY RANGE: $20 - $25/hr
REQUIREMENTS:
- Answering, screening, and directing a large volume of phone calls
- Provide the highest quality of Customer Service to all clients and prospective clients.
- Process incoming mail, including stamping, sorting, scanning
- Process outgoing mail
- Maintain break room clean and stocked
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum 1-year experience answering a heavy volume of calls
- Bilingual English/Spanish
- Excellent Grammar and Communication Skills
- Prior experience as a receptionist for an employment law firm is a huge plus
