Job Summary The Senior Program Manager (PM) will serve as the Government’s primary point of contact and provide overall supervision and direction for all Contractor personnel assigned to the contract. The PM is responsible for the quality and efficiency of the work performed under this contract, to include technical issues and business processes. Diploma + 4 years additional experience Equals Associate’s Degree Associate’s Degree + 4 years additional experience Equals Bachelor’s Degree Minimum 10 years’ experience as program manager Active Secret Security Clearance Preferred Qualifications PMP certification Top Secret security clearance (or ability to obtain one) Compensation & Benefits NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting pay range for this role is $117,232 - $195,388. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate’s relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance. If the position offered in temporary, the position will not be eligible for incentive compensation.
