Responsibilities include individual, couples, and group therapy for UCR students, prioritizing work with students from marginalized communities such as Black/African American, Latinx, Undocumented, Indigenous/First Nations, Asian American/Pacific Islander, Multi-racial, and other students of color. The role also involves crisis intervention services, consultation with students, staff, and faculty, potential supervision of an APA-accredited internship program, participation on university committees representing CAPS, liaison responsibilities, and outreach to various campus communities.
