We're searching for an accomplished Restaurant District Manager to lead a successful group of restaurants in the Indianapolis, IN market with an established and recognizable fast casual brand.

This is an exciting opportunity for a proven multi-unit leader who knows how to build strong General Managers, develop high-performing teams, drive sales, and deliver outstanding operational results. Restaurant District Manager Responsibilities

As the Restaurant District Manager, you will have full operational responsibility for multiple restaurant locations while developing your General Managers and creating a culture of accountability, hospitality, and results.

You will:

Lead, coach, and develop General Managers and their leadership teams
Drive sales, profitability, and operational performance across the district
Recruit, develop, and retain high-performing restaurant leaders
Build a strong leadership pipeline and identify future management talent
Analyze P&Ls, labor, food cost, sales trends, and key performance metrics
Establish clear expectations and hold restaurant leadership accountable for results
Ensure exceptional guest service and consistent execution of company standards
Partner with General Managers to improve underperforming restaurants
Maintain strong food safety, cleanliness, and operational standards
Develop strategies to increase sales and strengthen restaurant profitability
Support local store marketing and community involvement
Create an engaging culture where managers and team members can succeed and grow

The ideal candidate will bring strong business acumen, excellent communication skills, a track record of developing successful General Managers, and the ability to balance people, operations, sales, and profitability.
