What You'll Do
- Lead & Inspire – Motivate and guide a team of 5–20 during each shift, setting the tone for excellence.
- Deliver Remarkable Hospitality – Ensure every guest feels welcomed, valued, and cared for.
- Keep Operations Running Smoothly – Manage team assignments, breaks, and real-time challenges.
- Serve Others – Support front- and back-of-house operations, creating memorable experiences for our guests.
- Coach & Develop – Train and mentor team members to help them grow in their roles and careers.
- Solve Problems with Confidence – Approach challenges with a proactive and positive mindset.
- Maintain a Safe & Inviting Environment – Ensure cleanliness, safety, and fun for both guests and team members.
