Title of Position - Restaurant General Manager


Job Description: The Restaurant General Manager is the top level of management in the restaurant, requiring the critical responsibility of leading, mentoring and advising the management team and staff to successful performance. The Restaurant General Manager instills the fundamentals and best suited methodology to achieve the defined objectives in sales, costs, hospitality, and staff retention and morale to the entire management team. The Restaurant General Manager directs the entire restaurant operation, from staffing, and financial performance to having an understanding of the store's development and growth, having strategic vision for its potential development.

Requirements:

  • Proven Leadership Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a Restaurant General Manager role, overseeing daily operations and team performance.
  • Exceptional Customer Service Skills: Ability to maintain high levels of guest satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.
  • Strong Financial Acumen: Experience with budgeting, inventory management, and achieving revenue goals.
  • Team-Oriented Leadership: Skilled in hiring, training, and motivating staff to ensure a collaborative and productive work environment.
  • Flexibility and Adaptability: Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed in a fast-paced environment.
