Career Opportunities with OASIS MENTAL HEALTH CENTERS MEDICAL LLC We are recruiting Behavioral Health Technicians for several clinics across the state to provide depression treatment. This entry‑level role is ideal for individuals passionate about mental health and making a difference. Candidates may have experience in healthcare or hospitality, are personable, and can connect with patients to create a caring environment. The role includes training and certification to directly administer Spravato and Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS), as well as basic front‑office duties. Candidates should have a flexible schedule to work 8‑hour shifts between 8 AM and 7 PM. Flexibility is key, as clinic hours vary with patient needs. Primary Responsibilities Administer TMS and Spravato therapy following clinical guidelines and protocols. Prepare the TMS device for treatment. Review medication and treatment information with each patient prior to sessions. Monitor all aspects of TMS and Spravato treatment to ensure safety and clinical accuracy. Take patient vitals for Spravato treatment. Provide and collect informed consent forms before administering treatments. Collect and document REMS monitoring information after each Spravato session. Use psychiatric rating scales to benchmark progress, including: PHQ‑9 MADRS BDI Identify, solve, and overcome obstacles that could affect treatment within FDA guidelines. Deliver high‑quality patient care, demonstrating empathy, active listening, trust, and support to depressed and vulnerable patients. Record and file treatment session notes and documentation. Collaborate with team members to ensure high‑quality care. Welcome patients warmly to create a comfortable environment. Collect payments for patients’ out‑of‑pocket responsibilities. Schedule treatments with patients. Provide basic knowledge of insurance and billing or appropriately refer questions. Assist with scheduling and other administrative tasks. Preferred Experience and Qualifications High school graduate. General computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and CRM/EHR systems. Knowledge of local insurance payers. Basic Life Support Certification (training will be provided). Customer service experience. Patient‑centric mindset. Passion for mental health and making a positive impact.
