Financial Reporting AnalystOur Houston, TX based client is seeking a Financial Reporting Analyst to oversee all aspects of the company's internal and external financial reporting. Our client is looking for a candidate with 2 plus years of SEC reporting or public accounting experience.Responsibilities:Assists in the preparation of SEC filingsParticipate in the monthly and quarterly accounting close processAssist in providing quarterly and annual schedulesReview financial results, report variances, and provide related analysisAssist in researching accounting issues and drafting technical accounting memos.Maintain and analyze key performance metricsSupport the financial reporting team with various ad hoc analyses.Qualifications:· Bachelor's degree in Accounting required· 2 plus years of SEC reporting and/or public accounting experience· Public accounting experience is preferred· CPA preferredEmployment Type: Full TimePay Details: $100,000.00 to $110,000.00 per year
