Supervisor Position at Common Man Roadside Market and Deli

Common Man Roadside Market and Deli is hiring supervisors for our Epsom store, located at the Epsom traffic circle at Routes 4 & 28!

Pay rate: $21-$24/hour, depending on experience.

Supervisors are responsible for assisting with the day-to-day operations of the store. Duties include:

• Overseeing staff and training employees
• Customer service and resolution of customer issues
• Maintain a balanced cash drawer, monitoring cash over/shortage, inventory control
• Daily paperwork, reporting, and logs
• Maintaining positive vendor relationships
• General upkeep and appearance of the store and grounds
• Food safety, sanitation, and quality

Qualifications:

• Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Minimum 3 years' experience in a retail environment
• Must be able to obtain/maintain relevant certifications, including Underground Storage Tank Operator A/B and ServSafe
• Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time, kneel, squat, bend and reach
• Must be able to lift/carry packages up to 50 pounds
