Senior Global Marketing Manager (Antibody)

Senior Global Marketing Manager for Thermo Fisher Scientific's transplant diagnostics division, responsible for driving growth and adoption of molecular diagnostics portfolios. Responsibilities

• Drive growth and adoption of molecular diagnostics portfolio by identifying market opportunities and defining expansion strategies
• Partner cross-functionally with Medical Affairs and regional teams to develop evidence requirements and clinical education strategies
• Create and execute integrated marketing campaigns from strategy through sales enablement, measuring performance against revenue targets
• Develop compliant clinical education content and market-conditioning materials across multiple channels
• Build scalable market activation playbooks and frameworks that work across diverse regulatory environments

Requirements

• Advanced degree plus 6 years, or bachelor's degree plus 8 years in product marketing for molecular diagnostics, IVD, genomics, or clinical diagnostics
• Expertise in market creation, segmentation analysis, long-range planning, and market sizing
• Proven ability to identify adoption barriers and develop strategies to overcome them in clinical markets
• Experience collaborating with Medical Affairs, MSLs, HEOR teams on evidence and validation strategies
• Demonstrated success leading global product launches and integrated campaign management
• Strong expertise in storytelling and multi-channel content creation across digital, video, and email platforms
• Advanced proficiency in digital marketing tools, emerging technologies, and project management

Compensation: $129,200–$193,850 base
