Senior Global Marketing Manager (Molecular)

Thermo Fisher Scientific seeks a Senior Global Marketing Manager to drive growth and adoption of molecular diagnostics solutions for transplant applications. The role involves market development, campaign strategy, clinical evidence frameworks, and cross-functional collaboration across global regions.

Responsibilities

Identify untapped market segments and define expansion strategies for molecular diagnostics portfolio
Develop market narratives and campaigns translating scientific value into demand generation programs
Collaborate cross-functionally to establish evidence requirements and clinical education strategies
Execute integrated campaigns from strategy through sales enablement with performance measurement
Create compliant clinical education and market-conditioning content across multiple channels

Requirements

Advanced degree plus 6 years, or bachelor's degree plus 8 years in molecular diagnostics or IVD marketing
Expertise in market segmentation, adoption barriers analysis, and long-range strategic planning
Experience partnering with Medical Affairs and clinical teams on evidence roadmaps
Proficiency in content creation across digital, video, email, and sales enablement channels
Strong knowledge of molecular diagnostics technologies and transplant diagnostics applications preferred
Advanced digital marketing skills including generative AI and emerging platforms
Ability to travel 25-30% internationally; English proficiency required

Compensation: $129,200–$193,850 base
