IT Support Analyst

Role: IT Support Analyst


Location : Houston, TX


Pay Range: $50,000- $52,000 / year


Benefits: This position is eligible for medical, dental, vision and 401(k).


Overview


Our team is seeking an experienced technology professional who enjoys solving problems, supporting employees, and helping maintain a productive workplace environment. This role will serve as a primary point of contact for technical assistance while also supporting various technology initiatives across the organization.


Responsibilities

• Provide technical assistance to employees for hardware, software, and system-related issues.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technology problems in a timely manner.
• Assist with user account setup, access requests, and onboarding activities.
• Configure and deploy laptops, workstations, and other technology equipment.
• Maintain technology inventory and equipment records.
• Support collaboration and productivity tools used throughout the business.
• Document solutions and contribute to process improvements.
• Partner with internal teams on technology-related projects and upgrades.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional IT support experience.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience supporting business applications, end-user devices, and workplace technology.
• Ability to communicate technical information clearly to non-technical users.
• Strong organizational and customer service skills.
• Fluent in both English and Spanish.

Preferred

• Experience working in Microsoft-based environments.
• Familiarity with cloud technologies and endpoint management tools.
• Exposure to automation, scripting, or IT security concepts.
• Relevant technical certifications are a plus.
