Dental Assistant. ($18-$26 Based on Experience)

At Dental Nook - Northgate , we're looking for an exceptional Dental Assistant who is passionate about patient care, enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, and wants to grow alongside a modern, high-performing dental practice.

While a minimum of one year of dental experience is preferred but not required , we are willing to train the right person who has a positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and is eager to learn.

Clinical Skills:

Preferred experience includes:

• Taking a full-mouth series (FMX) in under 5 minutes.
• Taking high-quality orthodontic photos using a professional camera.

• Assisting with a wide variety of procedures, including:

  • Fillings.
  • Crowns.
  • Root canals.
  • Extractions.
  • Wisdom teeth.
  • Implant placement.
  • Invisalign.
  • Sealants.
  • Pulpotomies.
• Independently placing sealants using DryShield.
• Polishing teeth, flossing, and providing oral hygiene instructions (OHI).
• Fabricating temporary crowns or willingness to learn.

Sterilization & Office Support:

We believe every team member contributes to the success of the practice.

Responsibilities also include:

• Maintaining sterilization and laboratory areas.
• Keeping operatories clean and organized throughout the day.
• Completing assigned cleaning checklists.

• Participating in monthly deep-cleaning projects, including:

  • Autoclaves.
  • Ultrasonic cleaners.
  • Treatment rooms.
  • Break room.
  • Floors and common areas.
