This includes building a positive team culture, being a role model for the student athletes, fostering sportsmanship and a love for the game, and achieving competitive success. The ideal candidate would be a skilled instructor with a strong knowledge of golf fundamentals, tactics and strategies. Job Requirements Prior coaching experience at the high school level preferred. Strong knowledge of the game, tactics and rules. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. Ability to motivate and inspire student athletes. Commitment to fair play and sportsmanship. Possess or be willing to obtain all MIAA/NFHS Coaches Education and Golf certifications. CPR/AED certification. Must be able to pass a background check. Citizenship, residency or work visa required.
