Staff Accountant

Are you ready to help us build our future? We are seeking a detail‑oriented Staff Accountant to support day‑to‑day accounting operations and ensure accurate financial reporting. The ideal candidate has hands‑on experience with NetSuite and a solid understanding of general accounting principles. This role works closely with the accounting team to support month‑end close, reconciliations, and financial analysis. Key Responsibilities Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts Prepare and post journal entries, accruals, and adjustments Assist with month‑end and year‑end close processes Perform bank, credit card, and balance sheet reconciliations Support accounts payable and accounts receivable functions as needed Prepare schedules and documentation for audits and tax filings Utilize NetSuite for transaction processing, reporting, and account analysis Assist in preparing financial statements and management reports Ensure compliance with company policies and GAAP Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 2–4 years of accounting experience Hands‑on experience with NetSuite (required) Strong understanding of GAAP and general ledger accounting Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP preferred) High attention to detail with strong organizational skills Ability to meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment Preferred Qualifications Experience in manufacturing, distribution, or SaaS environments Public accounting experience CPA or CPA‑eligible Competencies Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills Clear written and verbal communication Ability to work independently and collaboratively High level of integrity and professionalism What We Offer Competitive salary and benefits 401(k) with company match Paid time off and holidays Professional development opportunities Collaborative and supportive work environment U.S. Person Requirements Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. citizen, U.S. permanent resident, or have asylum or refugee status in the U.S. Equal Opportunity Employer IA is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
