Staffing Coordinator/CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant) WEEKLY PAY

Courtyards Care Center in Orlando, FL is looking for outstanding CNAs (Certified Nursing Assistants) to join our team as the Staffing Coordinator !

Staffing Coordinator primary responsibilities include:

Timely posting of the nursing schedule.
Adds names of employees signing up for extra shifts to the nursing schedule daily.
As instructed by Director of Nursing or designated nursing supervisor replaces staff call outs.
Daily monitoring of staffing schedule to ensure proper nursing coverage on all nursing units and alerting Director of Nursing of staffing issues promptly.
Calculating daily and projected nursing PPD hours.
Utilizing appropriate tools such as but not limited to the actual versus scheduled report.
Tracks overtime usage.
Tracks nursing employee time off requests for every scheduling period.

Staffing Coordinator Education and Experience Requirements:

CNA License
Previous scheduling experience is required
Previous experience working in nursing homes, hospitals, ALFs, and/or home health is required
Must have a High School Diploma or GED equivalent.

Requirement:

Must have a minimum of 1 year of Scheduling/Staffing experience in busy Healthcare environment
