This role is fast‑paced, dynamic, and imperative to the ongoing success of our company. Responsibilities Client management and support via phone and email. Use the Emcor Product Configurator to generate standard product quotations and enter orders. Work closely with the sales team to provide a high level of customer satisfaction. Provide customers and sales channel partners with technical support, pricing, delivery, and service‑related information on enclosure products. Assist with invoicing, freight, and complete RMA, credits and debits as required, and provide order status and expediting assistance when requested. Educate clients regarding Emcor Enclosures products and programs. Help refine client profiles to ensure optimal success. Validate customer requests. Translate customer requirements into specific tasks for all functional areas, proactively capture, track, and drive all issues to closure. Understand a manufacturing environment and ISO 9000 or AS9100 process control. Demonstrate a sense of urgency for customer satisfaction. Use the Epicor ERP system (knowledge of the system is a plus). Process orders, quotes, and return material authorizations. Qualifications 4–5 years of previous customer service experience. Technical degree or Associate of Arts degree preferred. Ability/willingness to build relationships with customers. Ability to analyze customer needs, analyze situations, and act accordingly. Think clearly and act quickly. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work under pressure and change priorities while handling interruptions. Self‑motivated, stress‑ and pressure‑resistant, and quick learner. Positive, upbeat, and professional attitude with customers and co‑workers. Strong decision‑making and organizational skills. Detail‑oriented team player with superior follow‑through. Great listening and negotiation skills. High energy, great attitude. Previous outside or inside sales experience is a plus.
