Job Overview Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) at a mission-driven non-profit Community Health Center providing integrated primary care, dental, mental health, and specialty services to the entire community regardless of socioeconomic status. Job Details Salary: $125,000 - $160,000 per year Schedule: Mon – Fri (days) 9 AM – 5 PM, Outpatient setting Acute and chronic care management, well visits, sick visits, and vaccinations across the full lifespan. Responsibilities Provide comprehensive primary care, including acute and chronic management, well, and sick visits. Administer vaccinations and conduct mandatory health screenings. Develop and implement individualized care plans for patients of all ages. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver integrated care. Qualifications Completion of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program. Prefer 2+ years of clinical experience as a Nurse Practitioner. Prefer experience in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Primary Care, or related specialty. Must be able to treat patients across the full lifespan. Active Massachusetts state license.
