Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

What we’re looking for:
- Valid licensure as an Occupational Therapist
- Experience in a school-based setting preferred
- Strong understanding of IEP process and documentation
- Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, administrators, and families
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
- A passion for empowering students to achieve their fullest potential
Primary responsibilities:
- Deliver direct occupational therapy services to students, supporting their participation and success in educational activities
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop treatment plans tailored to individual student needs
- Maintain accurate records and contribute to IEP meetings by providing professional input on therapy goals and progress
- Collaborate closely with classroom staff to integrate therapeutic strategies into daily routines
- Serve as a knowledgeable resource on assistive technology and accommodations within the school setting
- Support and educate families regarding home-based interventions to reinforce skill development
