As a Server at Ivy Cafe, you’ll be the face of our restaurant, ensuring that every guest has an enjoyable and seamless dining experience. From taking orders to delivering meals, your role will be essential in creating a welcoming and satisfying environment for our customers.

• Greet and seat guests with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen staff.
• Deliver food and drinks promptly while ensuring quality and presentation standards are met.
• Provide attentive and personalized service, addressing guest needs and inquiries.
• Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including resetting tables for new guests.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
• Handle payment transactions accurately and efficiently.

• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role within the food service industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• A positive attitude and a genuine passion for providing excellent customer service.
• Attention to detail and the ability to handle guest concerns with professionalism.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
