What You'll DoAt Ivy Cafe, every role in our FOH team plays a crucial part in creating memorable experiences for our guests. Depending on your position, your responsibilities may include:
- Server : Take orders, deliver meals, and provide exceptional table service with a friendly and professional attitude.
- Barista : Craft high-quality coffee and tea beverages while maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
- Bartender : Mix and serve cocktails, beers, and other beverages with precision and creativity, ensuring a top-notch bar experience.
No matter the role, you'll be part of a team that values excellent service and attention to detail.
What We're Looking ForWe’re searching for candidates who bring a combination of experience and enthusiasm to the table. Here’s what we’re looking for:
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role (server, barista, or bartender).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect with guests and team members.
- A positive attitude and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
